Five years ago, not knowing any better, I went to a nose consultation with a friend, and the consultation manager recommended fat grafting too, so I ended up booking it and doing it. The nose is so natural that it does not even seem like I had anything done, and neither my friend nor I are satisfied. The fat grafting was pretty okay, so I even did a second freezing round, but the conclusion is that I now have calcification and fibrosis, and I am suffering from it. I am also thinking of having the nose removed now.
