Maybe because I had seen many posts saying the staff were unfriendly, I expected that, but I didn't feel the manager or the people at the counter were unfriendly. It was just so-so... I made the reservation on the same day because of the surgery fee difference, and although it was clearly my choice, it felt a lot like being forced into the reservation lol Still, honestly, I don't really understand places where the manager draws the line and asks how it looks. You're not the one doing the surgery, so why do that? My consultation with the surgeon was fine; they explained the things I was curious about in an easy-to-understand way. But I wasn't satisfied with the cost, aftercare, or follow-up care compared with other places. I just made the reservation because I wanted surgery from a surgeon I could trust.
