I went for a consultation and even though I went about an hour early, I only waited a few minutes before seeing the manager and then the director. They did not recommend things that were not appropriate and gave me a very thorough consultation. They asked if I had any more questions and did not seem like they were trying to rush it, so I was satisfied with the consultation.
