Before making the reservation, I thought the most about which director to choose. There were exactly 2 reviews that I was drawn to, but they were for different directors, so I hesitated and chose Director Kim, then went for the consultation. First of all, I went in wanting a fairly detailed consultation, and I wanted to hear the surgery method while they listened to me a bit, and I was satisfied with the consultation. I liked that they listened to me first, helped shape the line, and clearly told me which surgeries were possible and which were not. The self-care pouch also left an impression, and the manager communicated well, so it was fine.
