I went for a consultation late, so there was no wait, and both the manager and the doctor were kind. The doctor explained things using a tablet and only recommended the necessary surgery, which made me trust them, but it went over the budget I had in mind... I kept hesitating until the very end while comparing with other hospitals, but in the end I gave up..
