The waiting time was not extremely long; I think I waited about an hour. The manager was kind, and the doctor came in a bit late because he was in surgery, but he apologized first and consulted kindly, so I think that was good. Still, I forgot what I wanted to ask, so it was a bit disappointing that I could not ask everything T_T
