I went for eye and nose consultation at Item, and even though I arrived at my reserved time, I waited for an hour and a half. They didn't even apologize, and the consultation ended in less than five minutes ㅡㅡ It just felt way too careless. I don't get why I even made a reservation ㅡㅡ
