The doctor explains things briefly but clearly. They made the atmosphere very relaxed, I was scared when I went into the operating room, but it was fine. And the manager was also very kind and nice. It hasn't been long since my surgery yet, so I don't have before-and-after photos, but it hurts less than I expected and it's okay.
