The manager was kind. But there was a slight push for a deposit. They said the director has a lot of experience and is good at surgery, and someone I know had a good result, so I do trust them, but... It was a bit disappointing that things felt somewhat disorganized and that, since it was my first consultation, I couldn’t go into details.
