I had buried double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty 7 years ago. I was fairly satisfied with the double eyelid line, and for the epicanthoplasty they said it would only remove the Mongolian fold, but they opened it too much, so my impression looks harsher and I am thinking about revision. The double eyelids have now almost completely loosened. If I had only done the double eyelids without the epicanthoplasty, it would probably have been fine.
