I got front canthoplasty + natural adhesion 4 years ago. I went on a friend's recommendation, had a consultation, and booked a date right away. I went when I did not know anything, and I did not even bring a single photo, so I just told the doctor to make it suit me well and left everything to him. Fortunately, the line was made naturally and exactly in a way that suited me. The front canthoplasty did not improve the epicanthic fold. I do not know if this is how natural adhesion normally is, but when I close my eyes the double eyelid line does not disappear and remains. Still, I live satisfied.
