I went for a consultation before. The consultation director was not stiff at all and spoke comfortably to help ease the awkwardness. I went for an eye consultation, and they checked asymmetry and problem points well. The doctor also came in for consultation right away, so there was no trouble. As others who visited had said, the doctor explained ptosis and the canthoplasty area in detail. They kept looking at my eyes 여러 times and made me feel comfortable. They also explained things while drawing them out, which made it easy to understand and was helpful. There were a lot of people when I went and the staff looked busy, but I remember having a smooth consultation without any inconvenience.
