I went for a consultation about canthoplasty before, and came back in a bad mood. Maybe the problem was that I went alone without my parents, but the consultation manager strongly pressured me into paying a deposit and spoke in a really commercial way, which made me angry. In the end I put down the deposit and came back, but I felt it was really wrong, so I called to ask for a refund. They told me to bring my card and come to the hospital, so I went there lol lol lol They said if I left my name and phone number they would process the cancellation and contact me, and I wondered if they were playing with people. I did not know why they had told me to come to the hospital in the first place. I had come because they told me to come by phone, but when I asked them to just process the cancellation right then, they kept saying they could not do it now and that I should leave because they were busy. The manager or whoever it was spoke to me rudely in banmal and made me feel really bad, and at the front desk too lol everyone just kept looking at each other and no one wanted to actually help solve anything. So I just left. Honestly, even now when I think about that time, I feel terrible, and it was the worst hospital I have ever consulted at.
