From the phone consultation, K was already kind, and everyone was kind when I went in for the consultation. However, the doctor consultation was quite delayed But the doctor was really young and took a long, detailed time to explain everything, so I was grateful. And they said there were no side effects and that aftercare was handled well, which I liked.
