I had almost no swelling. I went to watch a play right after the surgery. But it took about 3 weeks to become completely natural. For about 4 months after, I kept thinking, Did it go too far downward? but it gradually came back up and reached just the right pretty level, then after 2 years it went back to the original state....um... T_T
