I had only been agonizing for 3 years, then finally made up my mind and went for a consultation, and the doctor honestly told me that if I were his cousin, he'd strongly talk me out of the surgery, so I just canceled the rest of my hospital visits. My nose is big, the tip is a bit bulbous, and I have a hump, so it's not the kind of nose that's generally considered pretty, but he said harmony with the face is important and that making it high unconditionally isn't necessarily good, so I'm reconsidering the surgery. He also explained in detail what can and cannot be corrected through surgery, and after the consultation with the doctor, the manager didn't recommend any other procedures at all and just answered my questions before wrapping up neatly, which I appreciated. The consultation fee was relatively expensive, but in my case it was worth enough. The surgery fee was honestly very expensive for a first surgery, but if I do get surgery, I'd still want to do it here.
