They explained things while speaking exactly the same way as in YouTube videos and touching different areas, but I think it would have felt more trustworthy if they had explained things while looking at a CT scan, and that part bothered me. The consultation manager did not push me, but I felt a bit coldly treated, so I gave up on booking and left.
