Both the doctor and the manager were kind. I had quite a lot of questions on the list I had prepared in advance, but the manager listened calmly, and the doctor answered all of my questions as well, I think. They also clearly explained what was necessary for my eyes and what was not, and they drew a line that suited my eyes.
