They are kind. The consultation manager was kind too, but I wish the consultation manager had not recommended canthoplasty. I do not think my eyes are even suitable for a recommendation like that.. And I am not really sure whether the doctor recommends canthoplasty or not, but anyway, that is how it is. Still, they answered the parts I asked about very professionally, so I trust them.
