The staff were not rude, but they seemed a bit frazzled. I think they were busy when I went. The line the director drew after the consultation was different from the direction I wanted T_T Since I did not make a reservation, I am still thinking, but the consultation was good, so if I know someone nearby who is getting surgery, I would recommend it.
