The wait was not so long that it was frustrating, but there was some waiting. After a quick basic check and estimate with the manager, I immediately consulted with the director. The director looked a little tired. Still, they answered my questions well. Listening to the explanation, I felt that they understood the direction I wanted. But the cost was a little above what I had expected, so I am debating it.
