Back when I knew nothing, the first surgery I had because of my sharply upturned and suffocating eyes was Candy canthoplasty. I was a student with very little money then, so I saved up pocket money and went.. Maybe I was lucky, but mine didn't come undone. Dry eyes come with canthoplasty anyway, so I just had to accept that.. I don't really remember my old eyes, but I don't think it came undone? I'm satisfied enough. My eyes are smaller than right after surgery, so maybe they did relax a bit, but still it feels like they're better than before. The people around me didn't recognize it though lol
