I also went there after watching YouTube like everyone else. It was the first hospital I had ever gone to for a consultation, so I was so flustered that I couldn't ask things properly, which I regret T_T The consultation was kind and good. As for surgery, I'm still thinking about whether to do it after getting consultations from other places too T_T
