The doctor was kind and the staff were kind as well, but I did not really understand the doctor's design philosophy... At small private clinics that have been around for a long time, when a patient says what they are worried about, they catch the detailed problem points, explain them, and suggest design ideas, and if the idea I have in mind is not good, they even say they would not do that surgery. This doctor seemed to lack that. They just listened to my opinion and said, then let's do it that way... such an empty consultation... It was a consultation for nose revision, but they did not really explain clearly what they would do with the columella angle or anything like that... T_T It seems like a place I'd go for double eyelids or a simple filler injection.
