I waited about two months because the consultation appointments were backed up, then had my first double eyelid consultation at B.I. I had the first slot at 10 a.m., and I was disappointed that everything moved very, very quickly. I have not had consultations at other clinics yet (I have one scheduled next week), so I cannot compare, but the staff manager-doctor-staff consultation took less than 5 minutes. Just from YouTube, I thought they would be more friendly, but it felt different from the impression I got from the videos, so I do not plan to have surgery here. And I was surprised to find out that the doctor is not a board-certified specialist, even though I had assumed that of course he would be. So maybe that is why they do not promote the clinic name...? Even specialists can make mistakes in surgery, but I do not think I could entrust my eyes to a non-specialist.
