Hmm... First of all, the staff were not very friendly, but the doctor was kind. And they did not recommend unnecessary surgery. I was also thinking about the bridge of the nose, but they said not to do it. They also said that doing only the tip of the nose would look higher and prettier on my nose, but I am still deciding.
