Maybe last year I consulted about my eyes, and since I had made an appointment in advance, I naturally thought I’d also be able to consult with the director. But when I got there, they said the director was in surgery right now, so I could only consult with the manager, which caught me off guard a bit. The manager was just normally kind, but I didn’t really feel any special advantage to the clinic, and since I couldn’t even consult with the director, I didn’t go ahead with the surgery.
