I went after watching a YouTube video and got a consultation. They seemed tired from working on the video too, but even though I asked a lot of questions, they answered everything well, so I had a comfortable consultation. In particular, after the consultation, I asked the manager a bunch of scattered questions about the estimate, and even then she gave me advice from the patient’s point of view, which was really helpful.
