While consulting about nose surgery, I asked the director myself whether eye surgery might also be an option, and they honestly told me that unless it is a huge complex or source of stress, they do not recommend doing eye surgery too. The atmosphere during the consultation was very comfortable. When talking about the rhinoplasty, they did not take photos but instead drew diagrams on the chart paper to explain the surgery. I also prefer a natural look, so I brought it up first, and the director seemed to prefer surgery that looks natural and not obvious too.
