First of all, my eyes are deep-set, and the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is short, so the eye tissue is crowded and thick. Because of that, at another hospital besides Cheongdam B.I, I was advised to get a forehead lift, and as someone in my early 20s, I was so scared of a lift that I was about to give up on double eyelid surgery when I saw the director on YouTube. I made a reservation and went in, and there was almost no waiting time. The doctor was exactly as he had been on YouTube, very straightforward. He said that my eyebrows were not dropped due to age, but had been there from the beginning, so I did not need a lift, and he even apologized on behalf of other hospitals for their overtreatment. Honestly, that made me really like this hospital. He also recommended a medial epicanthoplasty, removing some of the eye tissue, and doing incisional double eyelid surgery because my Mongolian folds were severe. I really liked this place, but I still could not go through with it because it was a clinic rather than a plastic surgery hospital. Also, the explanation of how the eye line would be shaped went by too quickly, and the lack of a professional surgical explanation was the biggest concern for me. But I think that was unavoidable since it is a one-doctor clinic and he must have been busy. If it had been a plastic surgery hospital rather than a clinic, I would have wanted to do it here because it felt honest and conscientious in its recommendations.
