I saw other reviews saying they were arrogant, but I didn’t feel that atmosphere at all. They were kind and explained things, and when I said, "Do you have any questions?"... I had booked the consultation in a hurry, so I couldn’t ask much But the consulting manager was so-so.. not rude, but not kind either. She was an older woman, and she spoke fast, so it was hard to take notes.
