I had a consultation for a nose augmentation surgery. My midface is quite sunken, so I also mentioned my nose and forehead, not just the nose augmentation, but they said the augmentation alone would probably be enough, which was reassuring. They did not do any tests or imaging. There was no discussion of what would happen after surgery or any alternative solutions for my concerns, and it was just a short consultation saying things like the sunken area beside the nose looks like it could be operated on.
