I had a consultation a few days ago. The person helping with the consultation booking was first of all so kind and pretty. The manager talked more than the director and was the type to diligently cover both sides. The director was too quiet, and could not explain what I wanted clearly. I was disappointed, but the hospital facilities were satisfying.
