I only had a consultation, but although I do not remember the doctor's name well, they consulted with me in a friendly way and in a way that was fairly close to what I was thinking. The hospital was generally clean, but because I do not really know what their equipment and facilities are like, I gave it 3 points. It felt like I talked directly with the doctor during the consultation. Since I only had a consultation, I gave the surgery expectation 3 points
