The facility was good, and the staff, especially the woman on the first floor who seemed to be handling interpretation and guidance for foreign visitors, was incredibly kind. She was the first person I saw when I entered the hospital, and even though I was nervous, she was so kind that I relaxed and felt my heart warm up.. Since it is a large hospital, the facilities were good, and the consultation with the doctor was also warm, ordinary, and nice. But strangely, I did not feel certain that I wanted to go ahead with surgery.. T_T
