There are many consultation managers, so it may differ by person. Mine was unfriendly and the way things were handled was a bit strange. The director was kind and good without pushing anything too much. I'm worried because it's a large hospital. (Personally, I don't like large hospitals) There are CCTV cameras too, and anyway the eyes are under local anesthesia..
