They empathized well with the concerns I had and tried to tailor the consultation to what I wanted, but compared with the waiting time, the consultation itself felt a bit short, and there was a lack of detailed explanation beyond the basics. There were a lot of staff and a lot of people, so it felt like a well-organized factory. I had only gone for a consultation, so I did wonder why they took photos.
