I made an appointment for a consultation and went, but I waited nearly 3 hours.. I was completely drained, so I could not focus even during the consultation. The waiting time was way too long, and I had to move between the 4th and 5th floors 3 or 4 times. I had a consultation with Director Jeong Jae-hyeon specifically, and he had just finished surgery, so he looked tired, but I was satisfied that he tried to explain everything in as much detail as possible. The doctor was kind and explained things well.! After the consultation with the doctor, I met Manager Moon to talk about pricing, aftercare, and so on, but it was just rushed and careless. They do have CCTV, but when I asked whether they could show it if a problem occurred, they said they could not? They said they would show it if the police asked. That felt a bit sketchy, and maybe because it is a large hospital, the factory-like feeling was strong. There were many foreigners too, and the manager was rude as well.. Aside from the doctor, everything was bad. This was my honest consultation review.
