I had male eye-opening correction surgery 6 years ago. I compared all the clinics around Gangnam Station, and because I had severe ptosis, I had surgery to correct the ptosis, enlarge my eyes, and make it easier to open them. Opening my eyes definitely became easier, and at first the double eyelids felt heavy because of the swelling, but they soon settled into a natural inner double fold. I think the biggest advantage as a man is that they make it so the surgery is not noticeable. That said, because it is not noticeable, sometimes I still think, "Did I even have surgery?" and feel a little disappointed.
