I went there for my first consultation because I wanted nose surgery and knew nothing at all. The manager was really kind and explained even the parts I didn't understand several times. The director said that because it was my first surgery, I absolutely had to use rib cartilage, so I passed, but I liked that there was dead-skin care during aftercare.
