I had breast augmentation surgery about 3 years ago. I have had no side effects or anything like that. I still have all my sensation. Post-op care is also thorough, so you do not need to worry about that part. They also have a separate doctor who does the ultrasound checks (I heard there are not many ultrasound specialists in Korea who look only at breast surgery patients.) It makes it very easy to monitor the recovery after surgery. The feel is not noticeable when standing or lying on my side, but when I lie on my back and look up at the ceiling, or when I tense my chest, it feels hard.
