The hospital is very large and feels extremely well organized. Because of that, even though I made a reservation, I felt everything proceeded smoothly! The manager was very kind and listened to my opinions very well. I heard the surgeon has a huge number of operations, and because of that maybe he looked tired during the consultation and had a feeling like he wanted to wrap it up quickly? T_T Still, I liked his own confidence and the firmness of saying no when something seemed impossible!
