The doctor looked extremely tired. Did I just catch them on a bad day? I went in with high expectations, and the expectation that they would explain things well was met, but they seemed tired and the flow of the explanation was interrupted here and there. Strangely, the staff members explained things very professionally, so I felt trust, but... I came here to get surgery, and if the doctor looks tired, I wondered whether that might affect the surgery too, so I put it on hold. But I did listen to the explanation well!!!!
