I like how confident the doctor is, but since it's a sensitive area, aftercare is important, and maybe because he was busy, I felt a little self-conscious about bringing up those kinds of requests. At first glance the shape is pretty, but my breasts were originally far apart, and I was disappointed that part wasn't taken into account. I worked hard to bring them together after the surgery.. Still, they did handle the aftercare fairly well in their own way. But when the staff changed, the story changed too and they asked me to pay for aftercare, which was uncomfortable. Then years later, when I looked closely at an email that had gone to spam, I found a leak-related email from VU Plastic Surgery, so I contacted the clinic by email to ask what it was about, but got no reply. I thought a large hospital would still handle aftercare decently, but I'm worried that my personal information may have been exposed. The shape is pretty, but even after several years there is still a hard feeling, and despite having fat grafting there is still a slightly sagging effect, waviness, and unevenness, and the underarm scar is still there even now years later, so I'm thinking about whether I need revision surgery again. But because of the email about the personal information leak, I'm cautious about whether I should go to the same hospital.
