I had booked the first slot in the morning, but there was a bit of a wait. The consulting manager was kind, but she talked to the doctor about something different beforehand, then after the doctor consultation changed her words as if that was what she had said all along. Still, the doctor himself explained my body and various things in detail in a way that felt trustworthy, which I liked.
