This was about 3 years ago, before masks were common. Before the consultation started, they put a headband on me and took photos, then used those photos to talk with the doctor. I thought that process felt quite professional, and because I was so young, I figured that since it was a big hospital, it should be fine~ so I booked right there. They did it under brief sedation and woke me up to check in between, but in the end, after about 9 months, one side came undone with stretched skin, and I am looking into revision surgery ... but a friend who had it 7 days after me did not have it come undone and was fine, so I gave it 2 stars.
