I had a consultation with Director Choi. His professionalism was a given, and he was kind. He gave a really good consultation considering my worries and everything else. The staff were also kind, and the hospital was clean. If the employees are too excessively kind, it can actually feel uncomfortable, but they kept a good balance and were still kind. I think it was good without needing to say more. I already had the surgery, but I'm writing this after doing some scouting.
