It seems like they’re not here anymore now, but back then they were the person in charge of noses and contouring. I often think about what would have happened if I had had my first surgery here. I had a hump nose, and they explained in detail how they would shave down the hump and lift the tip of the nose. The coordinator and staff were just average in terms of kindness, and that director’s consultation wasn’t especially detailed either, but the impression was really good and they were highly educated.
