I got a consultation here, and they said something like, "Even yesterday an idol trainee came here to get her nose done, and the celebrity who did it is all over the internet." First of all, I was only thinking about the nose, but they told me I should also do alar base reduction, and I don't know if nose surgery normally costs this much, but it was insanely expensive!
