The consultation was shorter than I expected. They did not seem to place much importance on the patient's words during the consultation. Since the patient does not have medical knowledge and the doctor seemed full of confidence, it felt like they thought there was no need to listen. Aside from the irrelevant thought that I would rather change my major and go to medical school, I think plastic surgery is something done on the patient's own face, so it should be carried out by first understanding the patient's needs and then reaching a compromise with the doctor's opinion. In that respect, I was very disappointed with the director's attitude. Since this was a revision surgery, it was only natural for me to be cautious about functional issues, and what mattered most was that they did not try to understand the customer's(?) position. I am glad there was no consultation fee.
